Andreas Plate gives advice about the development of the health sector.
In addition to international project experience in the corporate environment, I bring in a hands-on mentality, allowing the operational implementation, both in small and medium-sized companies. I offer specialized legal advice in health care taking responsibility for the development of new concepts as well as the process of consulting and implementation control. My focus is on hospital and outpatient care by contract physicians and other healthcare providers (e.g, medical care centers – MVZ).
I specialize in the fields of nephrology, dialysis care and geriatric medicine in which I have gained insight in recent years.
The European law is also progressively influencing the national social security systems and health care. Developing national concepts whilst promoting intercultural dialogue and mutual understanding in a straight forward manner was one of my exciting fields of responsibility in recent years. Within the framework of international cooperation, the further development of legal systems play a prominent role.Developing jurisdiction in a social and political context is part of the rule of law dialogues that were established with China and Vietnam in the last years.
A simple transfer of German concepts or solutions must be prohibited regarding the field of social protection, which is always influenced from a national perspective. But also during the establishment of legal systems the national context needs to be noted and this always plays a part in the challenges of finding solutions.
This is my approach to development cooperation...
The system of self-government is a peculiarity of the German health care system. Self-management is a portal in accessing innovations for the pharmaceutical and medical device industry. Currently many conflicts originate during the innovation process and the procedures for reviews of new examination and treatment methods are being revised.
The requirements for Medical Service providers have risen steadily in recent years and became more complex. The term compliance is not a "paper tiger" any more. Rather, based on the changed perspective it leads to the fact that today a long-term cooperation can be inadmissible or even punishable.
To treat a patient today many Doctors have adopted an entrepreneurial outlook .This is due to the constant pressure of cost in the healthcare system. To get the benefit of patients as well as the economic aspects under one roof requires multidisciplinary management, that even a family doctor today needs to do.
