Which sustainable solutions work best in an international environment?

The German social security system is a role model for countries around the world. Many transition countries try to learn how to build efficient social security systems from Germany. For several years I have worked in this field for public consultancies, such as InWEnt ( Capacity Building International (Internationale Weiterbildung und Entwicklung gGmbH) which is now the German Society for International Cooperation – GIZ, designing and creating advisory concept with regional partners.

These concepts require the development of solutions transparently and mutually with the partner, with respect to the local state of affairs. An example of my work is the effective provision of healthcare services. Additionally I was active in the field of counseling social security agencies, particularly in the health insurance sector. My work covered topics such as the organization of a social security system.

I have also been working on the advancement of the rule of law elements in transition countries. As part of a project of GIZ , the goal is to optimize the process of legislation in Vietnam. As part of the German-Vietnamese Law Dialogue this project covers numerous areas of law, cooperating with other experts from Germany and other European countries.The project deals with the joint processing of reforms and proposed legislation which include, for example, the civil law or the state organization law.

In addition to classic legal advice, it consists of the political evaluation of reforms or project work in an international environment.
